Completed - You're all done! Click on the prescription image under Uploaded Prescriptions to view your new Rx and place an order.

Incomplete - Your exam hasn't been completed yet. On the My Exams tab Please click View Details and then Continue Exam to resume your online exam.

Pending - Your exam results are being reviewed by a licensed ophthalmologist. Once the results are finalized your new prescription will be uploaded.

Cancelled - Your Digital Exam results were inconclusive and your exam order will be refunded. We suggest you obtain a new Rx from an ophthalmologist in your area.
