WebEyeCare.com is an out-of-network provider for many vision insurance plans. This means that after you purchase your glasses, you will need to submit an invoice for reimbursement from your vision insurance company. While we cannot guarantee that your vision insurance company will reimburse you, many do. So you might want to check with them about their policies.

Just follow these three simple steps for your eyeglass or contact lens purchase to receive reimbursement:

1. Complete the Out-Of-Network Reimbursement form. Ask you provider for a form or use this generic form.

2. Attach your itemized receipt.

3. Submit the receipt and completed form to your vision insurance company (via mail, fax or can and email)
