In order for us to make your new lenses, we will need to get a copy of the prescription from your most recent eye exam. To make this process as simple as possible for you, our optician will reach out to you via email to get the prescription information. Please be on the lookout for an email from our optician within 24 hours. Please be aware, we cannot start processing your lenses until we get the prescription.
If you want to speed up the process, you can submit your prescription to us now in one of several ways (please be sure the name on the prescription matches the name on the eyeglass order):
